Verb Tense
Make sure the verb tense reflects the correct time of the action.
Don't shift tenses unnecessarily within a sentence or paragraph, but
there are many times when a sentence may contain two or more tenses
(example: "The man who ran into my car will plead guilty when the case
comes to trial."
