The Who, Where And Why

The web pages for this project were designed, developed, and written by Joshua A. Bond, a 20 year old Dekalb College/Georgia State University student majoring in pre-law.  This project was undertaken as partial fulfillment of Historical Geology 102, instructed by Dr. Gore, and represents one of my first major HTML documents (preceded only by my personal home page).  Although the topics of this project relate more to Biology, they are also taught to a lesser extent in Geology for the purposes of evolution. I decided to focus the project on the Endosymbiotic Theory of Eukaryotic Evolution due to the lack of information regarding the subject on the Internet. I then decided to also include Prokaryote and Eukaryote cell basics in order to extend the proper framework on which to place the details of the Endosymbiotic Theory. Providing the theory without the knowledge of cell basics would be useless for the average student with a minimal biology background.  I took great strides to ensure that no copyright violations transpired and would appreciate if you would do the same, should you desire to utilize pictures or information from this project.  Please note the copyright information and sources.

Note that, prior to this project, I did not have any knowledge whatsoever of Biology, nor have I ever (in highschool or college) taken a Biology course.  Therefore, an isolated discrepancy or two in the content of this project could have slipped through.  Please direct all correspondance to Josh Bond (jbond@inetnow.net)
