Dr Hollier is providing the following resources for fellow instructors to utilize. All files are in Microsoft Office 2010 format.

Gradebooks are set up for you to specify course weightings, student names, and assignment grades. These gradebooks are excel files that automatically calculates your student grades based on the information of the grade weighting entered in the 'Grading system" worksheet and the scores for assignments entered on the appropriate worksheets. A printable summary page is automatically generated that you can turn into your department chair/secretary. A class analysis sheet provides analysis on key assignments for the class. Individual student grades can be displayed and printed. Ensure you read the directions contained on the first worksheet and other worksheets to enter your course information correctly.

The assessment analysis template allows you to analyze your data for the purpose of completing your Individual Assessment Plan (IAP). The IAP template can be completed by following isntructions contained within it and within the analysis tempalte. Ensure you read the directions contained on the first worksheet to enter your course information correctly.

Other instructor resources provide include an attendance file, clicker/syllabus/grading option tracking file, coloring book record file, a no show/withdrawal tracking file, and presentation grading file.

If you are not prompted with downloading an excel file, then right click on the link, select "save as", add ".xlsx" to the end of the file name, and ensure "all file types" is selected in the file type box. The file can then be opened from your computer.

For Windows XP users (you may or may not have to do this): Download the file (it will say it is a zip file), then using "my computer" change the file extension from ".zip" to ".xlsx" (this means locate the file with my computer, rename the file and change zip to xlsx after the period).
