Let me share some thing really special with you about a song Mother loved.
Jesus Tender Shepherd
Jesus, tender Shepherd, hear me;
Bless thy little lamb tonight:
Through the darkness be thou near me,
Keep me safe till morning light.
All this day thy hand has led me,
And I thank the for thy care;
Thou has warmed me, clothed and fed me;
Listen to my evening prayer.
Let my sins be all forgiven;
Bless the friends I love so well;
Take us all at last to heaven,
Happy there with thee to dwell.
Amen.

Now think about this song! A child(we) sing(s) " hear me, bless me keep me safe. And goes on to acknowledge Jesus' hand in their life, Next, not with begging but complete conviction, we pray that our sins
And finally, we pray that we will join Jesus in heaven in the end where we will
all be happy.
When Mother was pregnant with me in 1944, long before things like
sonograms , So mother prayed "God willing" I would be a daughter. It is nice to know that you were the answer to someone's prayer. I really am so blessed. I guess that is why I have always tried so extra hard to give something back.
