A nifty tool for Office 07 Users

I was forwarded this cool tool for Office 2007 users that basically adds menus to the Office ‘07 bar, and makes it look and act more like Office ‘03.  The only issue i have with this tool is that it is Shareware, and that it can be purchased for $30.
