David, I need a little more information from you. What version of Access are you using? Are you trying to open the template file itself from the desktop or download folder, and what kind of error message or action is it giving you? Are you trying to open the template file from within the database program, and what kind of error message or action is it giving you?

I’m having trouble with this too. I have been trying to use the computers at school and they have Access 2003 on them. So when I try to download the template it says it can’t find Access 2000 on the computer and can’t open the template.

Thanks for the prompt response. I got too much into college football and the World Series to respond yesterday. Anyway, I have Microsoft Access 2002 with Windows XP Professional. I downloaded the file and put it on the desktop. When I try to open it I get a message saying this format is not browsable. I have a 30 day free trial of Stuffit 11 with 11 days left. The file is listed as 01018629.cab. It does not appear to do anything as far as this computer illiterate can tell when I try to open it with either my version of Microsoft Accesss or with the Open Office equivalent. Thanks. David
