if in the process of doing your school work you manage to Brick, kill, jam, burn, screw up, or ram an icepick through a cd drive or a dvd-rom drive and find you need one to be able to finish your school work i have several used but functional IDE cd burner and dvd-rom drives that you could either have or borrow you have but to ask

or if you want to trade computer parts i cantalk to you about some of the stuff i have

I'm in the process of assembling my home server right now.
Basically I am building it from old parts that I have been collecting over many upgrades on my main pc.
So far looking at:

AMD 64 4200+ X2
Some asus mobo
1.5 gig ram pretty sure 3200
Standard Video card
Some basic water cooling.( It's gonna be a caseless server)


So what i basically need is

Random PSU, doesnt matter how strong
Small used hard drive
some kind of small swich, so that I dont have to use the jumpers every time.

i think thats it, i might be foregetting something

I have a 200 gig IDE drive. It's pretty good, a tit bit loud, but I used it to run ps2 games, till school and my woman devoured my time.
