Greetings!

I am one of the newest members of the Technical Services staff at GPC, Clarkston Campus.

I hail from Georgia, having grown up in Morrow and Griffin. I obtained my Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and then lived and worked in Dallas for several years in various positions, notably as Manager and Librarian for the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestras and as a library assistant for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. I then decided to go to library school at the University of North Texas School of Library and Information Sciences, where I held a research assistantship for a project entitled MARC Content Designation Utilization: Inquiry and Analysis and obtained a Master of Science in Library Science. During this time I also worked at the DeGolyer Library at Southern Methodist University as a manuscripts cataloger. I began work here at LRC Technical Services in December, 2006.

I strive to provide you with quality access to library materials.

Please drop by to visit (Bldg. CL, Room 1243) or contact me:
